Account Delete Request
If you wish to delete your account, you can send a request from your registered email address to [email protected]. Please note the following before submitting your request:
Processing Time: Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 days of receiving your email.
Irreversible Action: Once the deletion request is submitted, it cannot be reverted. Please ensure you want to proceed before sending the email.
Data Deletion: All account data, including subscriptions, will be permanently deleted.
No Refunds: There will be no refunds for any remaining subscription validity or active plans, nor can these be claimed after the account is deleted.
