At AssamTest.com, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe online experience. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account on AssamTest.com, we collect the following personal information: Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp/Mobile Number. After registration, we may also ask you to provide your Date of Birth and PIN Code (Indian postal code).
Your Date of Birth is collected to send you personalised birthday greetings and for age-related analytics. Your PIN Code is used to determine your approximate geographic location (locality, district, and state) for regional content personalisation and marketing insights. PIN Code data is matched against a reference table of Indian postal codes; no precise address is collected or stored.
We also collect information related to your purchases, including subscription plans, eBook orders, and payment transaction details. This information is necessary for creating your account, managing your access to our services, processing payments, and communicating with you.
2. Communications
By providing your email address and WhatsApp/mobile number during registration, you consent to receive both transactional and promotional communications from AssamTest.com. Transactional messages include account verification, payment confirmations, subscription updates, and eBook download links. Promotional messages may include new test announcements, offers, study tips, and other updates related to our services. These communications may be sent via email, WhatsApp, or web push notifications.
You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that transactional messages related to your account and purchases cannot be opted out of.

We use cookies to enhance your experience on our website. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your device to help us validate user logins and analyze how users interact with our site. This helps us improve our services and provide a better user experience.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a third-party analytics service, to understand how visitors engage with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about your use of the site, which is then used to compile reports and improve the site. Please note that Google Analytics operates under its own privacy policy, which you can review on their website.
5. Security and Verification
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot detection service, to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect interaction data to verify that you are a human user. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.
6. Payment Processing
When you make a payment on AssamTest.com for premium subscriptions or eBook purchases, the details you provided during registration (Name, Email, and WhatsApp/Mobile Number) are shared with our payment partner, Razorpay, to validate and process your payment securely. Razorpay follows stringent security measures to protect your payment information.
